Education
master's degree in one of the following fields: 
1. mechanical engineering,  
2. electromechanical engineering, 
3. chemistry, 
4. materials processing, 
5. electrical engineering, or 
6. automation.


Responsibilities:

    • Develop detailed technical proposals for Hydrogen projects from tender receipt to contract award.
    • Analyze technical specifications and collaborate with internal experts, suppliers, and partners.
    • Create innovative solutions to meet customer needs and define scope of supplies and services.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cost estimation, technical specifications, and overall layout.
    • Identify and manage risks and opportunities associated with proposal projects.
    • Negotiate with clients, promote John Cockerill Group, and contribute to product/market watch.


    Profile:

      • Engineering background with a master's degree.
      • 10+ years of experience in technical roles related to capital projects in Oil & Gas industry.
      • Knowledge of the hydrogen market and experience as a Proposal Engineer are advantageous.
      • Proficiency in PLC automation, instrumentation, power transformation, process engineering, mechanics, and electrical engineering.
      • Cross-functional management skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
      • Strong communication, networking, and international relations skills.
      • Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
      • Willingness to travel for short-term assignments abroad.
